Traditional Timber Staff and Parting beads - Traditional parting bead profile fitted to original parting bead groove. Pile carrier section integrated to accomodate weather stripping.
- Existing staff bead replaced by new timber staff bead incorprating the Weatherfin pile.
- Manufactured from high quality, kiln dried wood.
- Height of Weatherfin pile weather-stripping (see Material Specification below) optimised to eliminate air infiltration and allow low friction sliding.
- Supplied natural or in white primer to be painted in to match existing finishes by your decorator.
Mid & Bottom Rail - Grooves routed to sash mid rail and bottom and top rail.
- Pile carriers installed.
- Weatherfin selected to accomadate varying widths of gaps.
High Performance Weather Seal - Manufactured from polypropylene, includes fin that stands 1.5mm proud of pile.
- Pile heights to suit a range of gaps.
- Silicone treated to improve water repellency and is ultra violet stabilised.
- Meets all requirements of BS 7386: 1990 and conforms to EN 29002, one of the most demanding European Quality Standards.
